Our Kitchen…
The Ebb and Flow Community Complex Restaurant was built in 2009 and services the community, visitors, and the surrounding area. Currently the restaurant has 4 full time cooks, 4 full time servers and 2 part-time staff who fill in when needed.
Some of the popular menu items that keep bringing customers back is the Unique Charlie Bigg’s Chicken, burgers, home-made gravy, the daily home-made soup and especially the Bannock made daily by Bonnie Levasseur.
