Gas Station Supervisor
We are currently seeking Gas Station Supervisor’s for our new Petro Canada Service Station located in Dauphin, MB.
Job Summary:
Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in the overall operation of the Gas Bar. The Supervisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of a gas station.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•Provide supervision, coaching, and direction to staff.
•Assign duties and responsibilities as needed.
•Hire and train staff as needed.
•Order and return merchandise as needed.
•Establish and oversee work schedules to ensure operational requirements are met.
•Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply matters.
•Organize and maintain inventory as needed.
•Manage and protect all assets.
•Complete and conduct performance reviews as required.
•Complete and prepare reports as assigned.
•Perform cashier duties/gas attendant duties as needed.
•Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age. Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a retail or customer service environment. Have a great attitude and be attentive to the customers needs. Be able to work within a fast-paced environment while maintaining standards in customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are desirable. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn, with a strong focus on employee engagement.
Physical Requirements:
Must have physical ability to handle assigned work, including standing for extended periods of time and occasionally lifting up to 50lbs.
